How fast will my order ship?
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours. Personalized pieces are made to order and take longer; the expected time is shown on each custom product.

What if my order includes a preorder item?
The whole order ships together once the preorder item is in stock, usually 7 to 30 business days after purchase.

How do I follow my package?
As soon as your order ships you receive a tracking number by email. You can also check it on our Track Order page.

What is it made of?
Our pieces are plated in 14K gold or silver and are free of lead, nickel and cadmium.

Can I wear it in the water?
Yes. Pieces marked as waterproof are made to handle water and sweat, so you can keep them on every day.
